Accessibility Assistance
We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of content on our website. Below are a few recommendations to help make your browsing experience more accessible.
Recommendations
- Visual adjustments: Use the accessibility icon (small circle with the outline of a person) in the bottom corner of your screen to change your viewing experience.
- Mouse and keyboard alternatives: Speech recognition software, such as Dragon NaturallySpeaking, can help you navigate web pages and online services using voice controls.
- For deaf or hard of hearing users: The following features may help improve your experience.
Closed Captioning
Closed captioning provides a transcript for the audio track of a video presentation that is synchronized with the video and audio. Captions benefit people who are deaf or hard of hearing and anyone in a noisy environment. Most of our video content includes captions.
Volume Controls
Your computer, tablet, or mobile device has volume controls. Each video and audio player may also include its own volume settings. Try adjusting both your device’s volume and your media player’s volume to optimize your listening experience.
