Appointments
While we appreciate that occasional cancellations or rescheduling may be necessary, we ask that you to give us at least 24 hours notice. This will allow us to allot the time to another patient. We will charge a fee if notice is not given.

We operate an effective appointment and recall system. You will be asked how you prefer to be contacted — by letter, e-mail or text — and can choose your preferred method through our Demandforce system.

Emergencies
In the event of a dental emergency during normal surgery hours, please call the Clinic at 727-581-1869 as early in the morning as possible, and we will ensure that you are seen on the same day. Unfortunately, if you contact us later in the day, while we will do our best to fit you in, we cannot guarantee that you will be seen that the same day.

If you experience a dental emergency after hours, please call the clinic and listen to the answer machine message, which will give you details of the on-call emergency dentist.
