Dr. Carey made a successful summit of Mt. Hood on April 21, 2012.  Mount Hood is one of the most frequently climbed glaciated peaks in the world, with 10,000 or so mountaineers making the summit attempt each year.  Now, we can add our Dr. Carey Bonham to that list! Dr. Carey’s journey began in the dark around 2:30 am and covered over 3 miles before he reached the summit on South Side at 8:30 am. These photos show some of the incredible beauty of being on one of Oregon’s natural wonders. One photo was taken by another climb of the moment that Dr. Carey was able to reach the summit.

On Friday, March 1st, members of the Bonham Dental Arts Team along with over 1,000 volunteers participated in an effort to package over 100,000 rice meals to stop child hunger in Central America, Thailand, and Laos. As you can see from the photos, all ages and people from all walks of life were represented. These rice packs were developed so it will be easy and safe to transport, as well as simple to make with only boiling water. A single bag of rice provides highly nutritious meals for six children. This was a huge morale booster for our employees, and another opportunity for Bonham Dental Arts to give back to our community and world.
 

On Thursday, January 26th the staff of Bonham Dental Arts had a surprise 60th Birthday party for Dr. Chris Bonham at Maggiano’s Little Italy Restaurant in Tampa. We all enjoyed great good but most all the opportunity to be together as a staff to celebrate Dr. Chris’s Birthday.

Each member of the staff gave Dr. Chris a gift that contain 60 items of something to help celebrate this milestone birthday. Then the staff gave him to tickets to an upcoming production. It was a big challenge to keep it a secret and to surprise Dr. Chris. This was not an easy task, but Leola, his wife, did a great job in helping us get him the restaurant! Thanks Leola! We are truly honored to work for such an wonderful man and to be able to call him friend! Happy 60th Birthday, Dr. Chris!
