Teri Spencer was the winner of the Bonham Dental Arts Fan Contest on Facebook. Thank you to all of our patients who took the time to “LIKE US” on Facebook! She is the proud new owner of a Kindle Fire!

This quarter any patient who refers 3 new patients between now and June 30th, will receive a Free Oral B Electric Toothbrush. The biggest compliment you can give our staff is the referral of your friends and family members to our practice. This is just a small way to say “thank you” for the confidence and loyalty you have shown to our practice by referring others. The new patient can get x-rays and exam for $1 on their initial visit, and/or combine it with a cleaning for only $99 for all three. This is a way to welcome the new patient to the practice and help them get established with our office.

This past August, my husband and I celebrated the birth of our second daughter. However, the first ten days of her life were spent in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at All Children’s Hospital. We were fortunate to be blessed with the ability to stay at the Ronald McDonald House (RMH) during this difficult time. The RMH is located in the hospital, so we were just a very short walking distance from the NICU, and we were able to come and go as needed.

The RMH offered our family a beautiful, clean bedroom and bathroom to stay in, as well as three meals a day, free of charge, from food that had been donated. The RMH also had a wonderful playroom with lots of toys, which our two year old daughter truly enjoyed. The RMH definitely became a “home away from home” for us. The kindness and generosity of those working and volunteering at the RMH helped make a difficult time in our life so much easier.

Therefore, this Christmas season, our family is very thankful for the Ronald McDonald House at All Children’s Hospital.

St. Pete Houses Holiday Wish List
Our valued patient, this year we have chosen our local Ronald McDonald House for our annual Christmas Charity. This is particularly close to our hearts since Dr. Amy and Dr. Carey Bonham spent time at Ronald McDonald House at All Children’s Hospital during the birth of their second daughter this past year. This charity helps families going through times full of anxiety and fear, providing a safe, comfortable place for parents to be close to their children during their hospital stay at a low or no cost to them.

We are extending an invitation to all our patients to participate with us to make a charitable contribution to this organization. We have posted the Ronald McDonald House Holiday Wish List to our Facebook page and our blog on the website, where you can also read about Dr. Amy and Dr. Carey’s experience at the Ronald McDonald House during their stay.

We must have all donations delivered to Ronald McDonald House by December 15th. So we are asking that you please drop them off at our office NO LATER than December 14th.

Jennifer Williamson our first face you see when you walk in the door at Bonham Dental Arts competed in an event on Saturday, November 5th called Beach Palooza. People gathered from all over the United States to participate. The first 1.5 miles was strictly running. The last 1.5 miles was a combination of running and obstacles. Some of the obstacles included scaling walls, running/walking on balance beams, crawling across ladders, crawling through twisted/crossed bungee cords, running across two fire pits and ending the 3 miles in a huge pool of ice cold water with a cargo net on top…so you had to swim or crawl through it. This was the first race Jenn had ever competed in, however it will not be her only. She is already looking into the different events/races offered in the community! She definitely suggest anyone who thinks that this sounds like fun, do it!! She will be attending again next year for sure. WAY TO GO JENN! WE ARE PROUD OF YOU!
